DO3DPrints specialise in the application of 3D printing technology using a whole array of techniques. We are here to serve all market places from commodity to specialist high end applications, completing one off prints, to 1000’s of prints.

We have the technology available to either reverse engineer your printing requirements from our 3D scanning technology, or develop 3D CAD geometry based on supplied information such as sketches, drawings or other external CAD using our Solidworks system. We have a range of 3D printers available to suite your needs, and we can print with a large range of materials – from polymers to mentalis.

PROTOTYPING

We can rapid prototype your peice parts or assemblies and can post process this to ensure it has the form, fit and function you desire. We can either work with you, or you can specify your requirements and we will make the rest happen.

We can come to you and scan you're equipment with our scanning technology and then fully reverse engineer this, including the creation of 3D Prints, 3D CAD and detailed drawings, and if this includes engineering requirements.

What software do you use ?

We use Solidworks for our CAD. We use a variety of tools for reverse engineering such as Design X. For CAE we use the MSC One. And a large array of other tools. We can also develop our own applications as needed for special purposes.

How much is a 3d print?

This all depends on quantity, materials, detail, size and many other variables. We suite all budgets though – from small to large.

Can anyone use DO 3D Prints?

Yes – absolutley. DO3DPrints was set up for everyone to have access to 3D printing whatever their requirements are. This could be top of the range metal printing, or with reinforcement, to a person wanting to create a small widget. We will accept credit card or paypal, or for large business to business we can work through purchase orders.

What materials do you print?

What materials do you need essentially. We can use an array of printers to suite your needs, all the way up to metallic prints.
